Wagga 3 day Sprint. another fun area, particularly the start on top of the hill in the rock. the drawing on some of the campus areas didn't print well which ended up being pretty confusing.

Wagga 3 day long. big run, and just don't have the fitness at the moment, so just took it easy. body pretty tired after yesterday so walked a fair bit to avoid pissing off my injury. nice courses and a nice area.

Orienteering race 50:58 [4] 5.7 km (8:56 / km)

Wagga 3 day Middle. fun course set by Briohny, and a great area. my run wasn't too bad, except the balancing weight fell off my compass needle, which I realised towards the end of leg 2... but I then had no idea where I was and had to relocate on a very tricky rocky hill.
After that I put my compass away and just focused on getting the nav correct. good training and it forced me to read a lot more detail than I usually do, but not ideal for a NOL race.

River loop with Dan and Cherie. Felt a bit stronger on the hills which is nice.

running felt much better than previous attempt, but bum hurt in a different (but not new) spot - this time it was right on the sit bone - piriformis insertion?
