long run from T&Rs with L,W, C. nice plod. really struggled up the hill - body just not ready to let me run fast. running back down the hill was much easier. a bit longer than I'd planned... particularly given the plans for later in the day.

test running sprint courses at PBC and Griffith. PBC will be a fun little area. Happy with how my courses are coming together at Griffith.

Very nice to be in the heated room after a cold day. Head still not too good on the upside down stuff and hand still sore from a crash landing in tassie.
