cruisy run through anzac park. tried to focus on good running form, particularly on hills to not irritate my itb.

putting out controls for the sprint event

Orienteering race 19:31 [4] 3.1 km (6:18 / km)

had a run around the sprint event. tried to do as much map memory as possible. ITB was tight, and expected it to play up, but was fine while running. looks like I might be able to start training again.

itb has gone to shit again. really sore in my hip and knee. let's hope lots of ice and anti inflams can get it under control quickly.

Orienteering race 21:03 [5] 3.0 km (7:01 / km)

Sprint O at ANU. Good course, but again struggled to read the map on the run, or run.
Managed to run through an "on the map" garden, and an "on the map" creek, so got disqualified twice. oh well.

very token warm up and warm down. legs wrecked.
