Long run with Rachel and Katelyn from my place.they both a started much faster than me but I was ok after the climb. Ran into Bec doing hill reps on the chapel hill track.

was a bit tired after the run so decided to have a little nap. woke up at 2.30 - 6hrs, win!

Last day of fat arse Feb. decided that my pathetic slowness needed fixing. ended up doing the biggest month training for a couple of years. not sure whether that's good or just a reflection on how crap recent training has been. running is starting to feel ok again at least.

Intervals with Dan. same set of 6 x 500m as the last 2 weeks. Started a bit slow but got going eventually, Dan paced me on the last one. 2.19, 2.19, 2.18, 2.16, 2.15, 2.08.
