missed Rachel's msg about doing sprint training, but decided I'd better do something. felt a bit better than yesterday so decided to do the loop around through chapel hill res. good run, but tired at the end, and got blisters from my new shoes.
run with Clare from my place. Mark and Rachel did a longer run, but Clare and I were suffering from the residual effects of lack of training, illness and excess alcohol, so we did a shorter run. had nearly bailed on this entirely, but glad I crawled out of bed.
