was planning on heading out to the orienteering after breakfast, but the car wouldn't start at the cafe. starter motor gone. got it going with the help of racq, but decided not to risk trying to start it again out at the event (and was too late by then anyway).

pushups. tough session after a week off. 36, 40 (knew I was in trouble), 30, 24, then 3x20 instead of >40 max. will repeat this set before I move on.
