Orienteering race 49:40 [5] 5.5 km (9:02 / km)

o-race at german church reserve. very overgrown, so running was really tough. got all the controls ok.
stupidist o-injury - tripped over and caught my hand on a branch and flicked my little finger back. its now black and swollen, and I recon its broken.

Running long 2:03:00 [3]

Long run from Tamsin's place in Taringa. Through Anzac park, then under the freeway and up through Chapel Hill to Gap Creek. Up magic and 3 sisters and across the top of Coottha. Down The Dream, and back into Chapel Hill and Anzac Park. Missed a turn on the dream and ended up in chapel hill instead of the toowong roundabout. Started with the group for the first half hour, and then ran with Kirra for the rest, but she did an extra 30mins.

feeling better today, but not great. ran around the time trial course with Kirra so she finally knows where to go. Dan came for a run as well - the rain has been stopping him from riding this week. Helen also ran, but not with us.
Where are the rest of the cyclones? Dan threatened to run again next week and will probably need someone faster to run with.

felt pretty crappy, but went down to meet the others for the start of interval training anyway cos Wendy said she'd be there to talk about the weekends race. no Wendy, but did the warm up with Jamie and Lorenzo and cruised home. cruise pace was pretty hard going tonight.
