Orienteering race 1:06:00 [3] 9.6 km (6:52 / km)

National League mass start loop race at Sparrow Hill. Still feeling a bit dodgey after yesterday, and it was pretty obvious from early on that I wasn't going to be able to run hard, but I decided that cruising around the course was still going to be heaps more fun than spectating so just took it easy. fun course and really nice forest for running.

Orienteering race 13:19 [5] 2.3 km (5:47 / km)

Galaxy sprint. good run, except got mixed up by the stuff on different levels and had to do a bit of a detour, lost about 20secs.

Orienteering race 11:00 [5] 1.8 km (6:07 / km)

Leg 2 of the mixed relay. Bridget got a good start so went off just behind the pack. was good for the first half of the course, but lunch started to make a comeback on the second half.

Orienteering race 13:00 [5] 1.9 km (6:51 / km)

Leg 4 of the mixed relay. had a quick chuck on the way to #1 and felt marginally better, but not enough to really run hard. got passed by reuben near the end, but we still beat one of the other teams!!

Running warm up/down 40:00 [2]

Orienteering (Easter Day 3) 57:57 [4] 5.6 km (10:21 / km)

nice course, but way too tired after yesterday and made heaps of stupid mistakes. kathryn had an awesome run, and despite starting only 16 seconds ahead of me I didn't see her after the first leg.
