Running intervals 24:00 [5]
4x1k off 6mins. 4.24, 4.00, 4.14, 4.09. (out is slightly uphill), was planning on doing 6x1k off 5mins, but realised after the first one that it wasn't going to happen. Still massively tired after yesterday. Started to learn how to run quicker by the end though.
not sure whether I'm excessively stuffed this week cos its the first week I've been back doing proper training, or its cos I'm still sore from a massive gym session on monday, or I'm going to be this crap by this time of the week due to the wed session. So - do I persist with trying to do intervals with the group on thurs morning and re-adjust my training goals for this session and accept that slow and crap is where i'm going to be at, or do I do my intervals some other time when i can actually do the session properly??
