Physio pilates. Now have proper lean happening with Nordic hammies, but goal for this program is to get to 30 degrees

Just passed the year anniversary of my piriformis/hammy/sciatic injury. Nearly ready to say that its gone, but plenty of work to do yet to make sure it doesn't return.

Realised last night that i had a daylight savings adjustment for my meeting this morning which gave me an extra hour. Snuck out for a lap of Anzac park. Bit of a plod, but good to do something this week!

Ride from stanthorpe to ballendeen via storm king dam with lance and Wendy. Nice morning out before it got too hot.

Rest day after a very big fortnight of training. Legs are certainly too sore to do anything.

Drive home went ok. Made it in time to watch the end of the road champs.
Major fail was finding a bag of spuds that had gone feral and were crawling and dripping out of the pantry. Smell was horrendous. I bleached the shit out of the kitchen. Not ruling out napalm.

Mtb at falls creek with Dan and Lee. Fun ride. Some stupid roadie rolled past us as the start of the climb from howmans gap and commented on how hard it must be to do the climb on our slow and heavy mtbs. So we rode straight back past him.

Easy run from Wallace's hut to pretty valley pondage with krystal, who was very tolerant of my old lady pace. Vey nice terrain over the plateau and nice trails.

Long run along the aqueduct and up to fitzies hut. Pretty nice run but got hard at the end.

Afternoon lap of the hill with Dan and James. Dan picked us up from the bottom of flow town.

Red loop at yackandandah with Dan and James. Legs feeling a little flat. Great trails.

Cycling 45:00 [3]

Adventure ride at rowdy flat to check out what we remembered of the trails. Doesn't look to have been ridden since the new yack trails went in so very overgrown.

Running 30:00 [3]

Recovery run along the aqueduct at falls. Very tired legs and this was a world of hurt.
