short course at the club relays. had left the boys to plan our team tactics, which was an epic fail, so we finished about halfway down the field.

sorted my lights out, so got to ride home from work. nice evening out - the jacarandas smell lovely! didn't realise until now how much I'd missed my rides home!

ride to work. foot was not too bad, but hurt if I tried to hop the bike, so cut out a lot of my micro-route choices.
found that my ay-up battery was totally dead when I went to ride home, so had to catch the train home instead.

a week of no exercise is no good. Toe is still quite sore, so it may be a while off. I was hoping to get into some cycling soon, but until I can walk comfortably its probably not the best idea.
