Easy run in Anzac park. Felt good to start with but tummy was dodgy by the end.
Started vomiting an hour later, which finally stopped about 6am. Bug got dan as well.

Cycling 3:15:00 [3]

Ride with Pete from Rathdowney to Woodenbong and back. hardest part was the first 15k to the bottom of the climb - massive headwind, so we were working really hard to stay with Dan and James. after we hit the climb I cruised at Pete pace. Also did a lot of eating.

Running hills 50:00 [4]

Cemetery hills. Running has been feeling a bit more stable recently, but I'm very slow and unfit... as confirmed by times - 7.45 and 8.00. Gotta start somewhere, and its the first time I've felt up to doing anything faster in more than a year.

anzac park run. first run in the park in ages, and first with a headlamp for ages. my standard loop is going to have to change cos one of the first tracks has become so overgrown and eroded that its no longer runnable. the rest was ok, just slow.
stopped at the chin up bar. didn't really manage anything that I would call a chin up.

Orienteering race 45:00 [5]

Easter day 3 chasing start. Started 6 secs ahead of tamsin and she caught me straight away. We ran the whole thing together, swapping the lead and she got me by less than a metre on the line. Fun to race with someone for the first time in ages. I think i ended up 6th.

Easter day 2. Nice area but nav was fairly basic. Cruised around and enjoyed it, and tried to leave enough in the legs for tmw. These races have been fun just to run, but i think I'd be annoyed if i was doing them as selection trials.
