Orienteering race 16:52 [5] 3.0 km (5:37 / km)

WMOC Sprint Qual. goal for today was to have a steady race and not piss off my injured hammy/glute. The course was really fun - increasingly technical legs through a small but tricky uni campus. I had one missed route choice, but it turned out that others had missed by more. goal achieved (navigationally and physically), and took the win by a totally undeserved 2mins.
