Was quite sore after my gym session yesterday, but i was still keen on 5km so volunteered as the tail walker at park run. which meant my time was incredibly slow.

Finish at 5pm again on a Thursday with crazy traffic, need to figure out a way to work at doing things later in the evening at home.

single leg raisers (40kg)

Calf raisers on the stairs

Then 75 lunges around the track

1 minute of skipping
