Wasn't feeling 100% today, little bit of a cold seems to be hitting me. Decided to take today off and just try and relax so i can get rid of this little bug that i have.

5 intervals up the hill (50m in distance but quite a steep hill), sprint up and easy jog down as recovery

Did a bit of an easier run to stretch the legs after this mornings hill session.
Also needed to take the new shoes out for a test run. All in all damn that is a great pair of shoes!!

Basic stretching and exercise to warm up the muscles, and more easier stretches to release the lactic acid afterwards

Really great feeling in the legs while cycling today, didn't seem to be getting as tired as normal while cycling. Not sure if this is a good or bad thing...

Just some basic stretching out after my cycle. Attempting to get rid of this stiffness from rock climbing

Really great stretching after all the rock climbing on Sunday. Learnt a few new poses (Frog pose) as well, but really helped with some of the stiffness. Starting to finally feel that my core and balance is improving and now its just the plan to start strengthening everything correctly.

Did quite a bit of bouldering, which meant a large amount of core and stability. Some normal climbing and some slack lining.
