Original attempt for a very early session before Pilates didn't work (I needed to be at work too early for going after to be an option). Decided to have another shot at lunchtime and it worked OK from an injury point of view, although definitely struggled in the warm conditions (high 20s) - haven't done a lot of warm-weather runs this summer.
