Haven't had a bad one for tightness for a couple of weeks so it was a bit of a surprise to get one today (just when I thought I might be through the worst of it after a decent spell). Was planning to do fartlek this morning but it was apparent after the first couple of attempts at going fast that it wasn't going to happen. Hopefully will be in reasonable nick tomorrow.
