Running warm up/down 8:00 [1] 1.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

Orienteering 1:18:09 [1] *** 6.7 km (11:40 / km) +235m 9:55 / km
spiked:16/20c shoes: Integrator O spikes

ran slow so I would not make so many mistakes. Still lost some time, but overall ran well through the woods. legs slowly starting to feel better. running 12 to 13 was no fun lots of briars to fight and micro Oing to punch the control.

Shooting 2:00:00 [1]

did well prone and only OK standing. Shot 200 rounds total. Range very busy again.

Note

Hilly 5 miler on the 14th, and a track 5K on the 15th. Want to run one of them just to compete a little before the season starts.

Running 52:00 [1] 6.0 mi (8:40 / mi)

another good outing. Ran some off trail. Wanted to shoot some just the gun is jamming so cleaned the magazines which have to be taken apart which takes time.

ran to the gym and back.

Weightlifting 20:00 [2]

20 push ups, leg lifts and core work. Some stretching also. Made my legs feel good.

Shooting 1:00:00 [1]

zeroed and shot some standing went to the biathlon training next. shot 150 rounds total. the gun if really dirty again, but the accuracy is still pretty good.

Biathlon 25:00 [1] 3.0 mi (8:20 / mi)

ran three X one mile and shot once prone and twice standing. Not doing that well once my heartrate is higher. Only hit 3 prone and then zero and three standing. Misses are not really a lot, but it still is missing. Went back to shooting more and do really well. Shoulder felt fine very little pain even after shooting. Thought my shoulder had some real problem just it was simply over use now that I do so little in the weightroom with my upper body it is improved a lot. The range let me shoot on the pistol side by myself since it was REALLY noisy and crowded.

Running 1:04:00 [1] 8.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

wanted to get some mileage plus go to the gym. Just I don't think the gym is going to happen since I have a massage with stretching. Still took about 20 mins for the stride to smooth out.

Weightlifting 15:00 [2]

ended up having a little bit of time to lift. Did 20 pushups, single leg extension, single leg press, single leg hamstring curl.

Running 48:00 [2] 6.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

legs felt good and it seems to be staying that way consistently. Thinking of running more this eve time pending. no mile markers to get time so just a guess again probably on the conservative side. After all of the warmth back to seasonal weather with long sleeves and covered legs plus a hat. With all of the shooting the shoulder is doing well never did ice last night, but did a couple of times on the weekend. While waiting for the light to change did 20 push ups could have done more just had time to get across a busy intersection. Starting to rebuild mileage.

Shooting 1:15:00 [1]

It went really well again! Mostly had the range to myself, but could stay late when the boy scouts were using the other range to learn. Did some training for the cookbook. Shot 150 rounds total. The shoulder seems to be feeling fine just stretched it this time.

Shooting 1:30:00 [1]

this went well again! only needed 10 rounds to shoot well and zero prone so went to standing. Worked on biathlon shooting hitting 17 out of 20 prone and 19 out of 20 standing. shot 150 rounds total. The few shots I missed probably due to some of the other shooting that at times was really loud. A lot of people practicing to qualify so range a bit more crowded.
