10 X 1 min intervals (1 min rest - jog)
I have a good feeling on the first half, iteven felt easy.
The difficulty started on the 7th interval.
On the 10th at the end I didn't have power anymore.
The diet and the hot weather were affecting the training as well.
At least from now on I am lighter and can perform better.
Next challenge Kopaonik Open.

Sprint training in Krushevo.
Course was really technical and I enjoyed it.
I made 2 mistakes that I should not do on a race :)

Very difficult compass and countures training.
It was especially hard to run trough the high plants on an open field many times. Still I made it till the end with some big dissapointment before WOC.

Was fun, but I did not achieve my goal to finish the run without walking. I was too optimistic, especially because I am on a "sportvasten" for 10 days.
I had lots of fun and I enjoyed the nature with Mik. And I got a small wound on my ass, because I was too stupid to jump on the downhill.
