1h 15' run supposed to be with pace 6:15. Uphill was not that hard, at moments too hot, downhill was really easy. Still some problems with my sinuses on my right side.

Evening 10k easy run. Still have to learn how to run slower. I had to run with pace 6:15 - 6:30. Felt good though.

From yesterday on I am running according to a programme that Michael made for me. Today I had 8 laps at Mogila (5' per lap), which didn't go according to the plan. I was running 14 sec. faster per lap, which is quite a lot of a difference. I had to learn to run slower. Felt good though. Easy, talking, still some problems with the coughing, but already a lot better.
