26 laps on the track.
Preety boring, but necessary.
Was important to run at the same time as the start on the race day.
Stomach was bloated.

From then on slowing down.
Did 80% of the training in the end, due to stomach pain. :(

Apperently my compass "was broken".

Took wrong control as 4th, and then took another wrong, the 7th.
Shame on me!

Felt really bad in general the whole day.
Better days are coming.

Some more km in my legs after rest period and being sick (just 4 trainings in last 2 weeks). Good feeling. Happy to complete 1st half and 2nd half of the training with exactly same time!!!
