Dissapointed.
Great shape, target of 1h 50'
But what was an easy run 3 weeks ago, was really hard today.
Race analysis:
Having no water with me. (29 degrees, real feel 34)
Not stopping on Treskavec station, feeling good to continue to the first water tap.
Running with my old Inov's (which were already broken, but I thought they can handle one more race)
Taped my left leg too strong, blood flow was minimised on the downhill.

*Weather conditions were not allowing PB today. You could feel the heat from the very beginning and breathing dust all the way. Running to the top was ok, but not great. We all had same conditions. Around 600 m before the water tap I started to feel dizzy, really cold, and couldn't keep my legs balanced. I lost it completely! I had to slow down, so I will not cause any injury. Sometimes the health is the most important. I have to keep myself for the upcoming races and more important events in my sports career. Prague in just 2 weeks.

Not satisfied and eager for more! :)

Mostly walking on the steep uphills (as the coach said so)
Stomach problems for 1 week already.

Easy, let's say comfortable run with Eli and Milena. It's amazing to have a good crew on the trainings. Quite hot, but we decided to go at 9 (we left at 9:30) so we will have same conditions for the start of Krali Marko. And not to forget, we were cheering loud for Michaƫl :)))

2.8 km easy running
3 x uphill intervals (I've tried 3 similar roads to up to see which one is the best)
1st: 480m for 4:20 When I stopped I felt like my heart will escape from me. :)
2nd: 500m for 5:19 COULDN'T FEEL MY LEGS!
3rd: 440m for 5:03
2.9 km easy running back

Note: hard to run due to high gross (the track is still not cleaned), dry ground that made the running harder - because it was slippery and narrow '' tunnel'' roads that definitelly should be avoided!

It should have been an easy run.
It was easy plus heavy.
With Eleonora together all the way, till half way with my high school sport teacher (now Eleonora's teacher). After years of making me tired it was about time for revange. haha
