Finally some speed in walking.
Could be that I over did it or I wore too much clothes because I was sweating a little. Which I SHOULDN'T!

First day of exercises for arms and shoulders didn't went well. I felt dizzy on the halfway.

First training with the group. I took it easy and did the exercises that I felt comfortable with.

First activity during recovery period. Being locked at home for 3 weeks was the hardest thing I ever did! Small steps - baby steps... At least I am out of my bed!
