JK Long at Cold Ash
Plan was to start slowly and then build up over the course, worked fairly well. Pretty clean navigationally all the way round, apart from picking the wrong route on the long leg which probably lost a couple of minutes. Running with Alice and Niamh for a bit once I'd caught them which definitely helped to keep the race focus. Mentally much better at maintaining this when I know I'm orienteering well.

JK Middle at Windmill Hill
Terrible navigationally today- running off without a plan and not looking at my compass at all- big mistakes on at least 4 controls and not good in the circle at several others. Not feeling great physically either, mostly the heat probably, but gave up a bit mentally as well.

JK Sprint at Aldershot Garrison
Pretty easy navigation- nearly went to 6 instead of 5 because of the crossing lines but managed to save it by just picking that route choice. Feeling super slow though, probably a combination of the heat and just not doing much fast running over the last month.
