Pool not too busy so mostly only sharing a lane with one other person. Trying to breathe on left as well as right.

First one of these for the term so quite a lot of pauses, generally felt decent though. Arms so much weaker on the left hand side though, something to work on.

Note

Couldn’t feel the knee walking around so ran about 300m round a micro sprint course at training, could feel it again. A few more days off running.
