Kentmere Horseshoe with Mum, Dad and John
So much fun, not going super fast but nice views through the occasional gaps in the clouds. Right knee started twinging about 10km in and gradually got worse towards the end, particularly on uphill and downhill sections, so a few days off running coming up.

Navigation was pretty good, a couple of faffs in the control circle but nothing major. Felt like I was running pretty slowly though, never really got into it.

Street course round Cherry Hinton. Found it difficult to see some of the little alley ways in the dark, but generally okay.

Felt decent, very windy on the way out up the cricket pitch though so times a bit inconsistent. Probably could have pushed a bit more on the longer ones, but felt like a decent effort level.

Monday Oct 1, 2018 #

Granchester via Rugby fields and back through the meadows. Felt exhausted all day but then inexplicably felt good running this. Motivation for core was low though so will do it on Wednesday instead.
