Running wu/cd 28:04 [3] 5.42 km (5:11 / km)

Running 20:02 [3] 3.77 km (5:19 / km)

CUHH session at the track
1200m [~3:30] 800m [~1:30] 1200m
Feeling good on the first two reps, then legs really tired on the third rep so slowed down a bit, probably should have pushed harder as felt alright at the end.

Running 53:39 [3] 9.8 km (5:28 / km)

Through the allotments to Trumpington and back via Granchester, legs a weird mixture between tired and bouncy, haven’t run in the morning for a while so stomach was a bit weird. Nice to be done with exams though, had a massive smile the whole way.

Running wu/cd 17:56 [3] 3.45 km (5:12 / km)

Orienteering training 32:23 [3] 5.81 km (5:34 / km)

CUOC training at St John’s Playing Fields
A pretty easy area but reasonable compass practice, taking too long over bearings really though, should have been doing rough compass but on a map with no features it seemed a bit risky

Cycling 1:16:33 [3] 31.87 km (25.0 kph)

Out to Longstanton along the busway, then road back was closed so ended up doing a bit extra, with a slight MTB shortcut to get back to the busway, then through Girton on the way back
