JK Long,
A couple of small mistakes in the circle and poor route choice at the end of the long leg where I thought the green would be less horrible. Having not run more than 40 minutes in the last month though, fitness was not there at all, last loop was a bit of a struggle.

JK Middle.
Didn't really make any mistakes but could tell my running fitness is lacking at the minute.

Orienteering race 18:16 [3] 3.74 km (4:53 / km)

JK Sprint.
Pretty much a cross country course, although did an unnecessary loop round a building at the end.

Wednesday Mar 28, 2018 #

Running 40:03 [3] 7.79 km (5:08 / km) +65m 4:56 / km

Estuary loop + Lancaster Marsh.
Running fairly easy, with Mum so occasionally had to circle around a bit. First run for ages where I couldn't feel my knee even at the end. No core today since it's the JK this weekend.

Tuesday Mar 27, 2018 #

Swimming 1:00:02 [3] 2.8 km (21:26 / km)

2x 1km fast and also 20 minutes of arms only in the middle.
So nice to have only one other person in the lane, I'd forgotten how nice Lancaster Uni pool is.

Feeling good on the way out, legs tired and not very mentally motivated on the way back.
