Lancaster Parkrun. Paced it much better than on Monday, but probably a bit too slow anyway as felt fine pretty quickly after the finish. Still quite muddy though.

WAROC event at Blind Lane Just a normal course. Forest was pretty grotty though. Definitely not running hard enough as had plenty of energy left to race the last few controls with someone who tried to overtake.

LOC Score Event at Birkrigg. Picked a pretty good route and kept the running up fairly well, almost beat John because he did a silly route at the start.
