Breakaway group formed pretty quickly, but running with Lucy most of the time in our group.

Mainly precautionary as foot feeling fine.
Standard warm up, 15x 4 crawl, cool down. Managed to get a lane to myself which made things easier.

Cambridge City Race. Went out a bit fast probably and the second half was a bit of a struggle trying to keep the pace up. Definitely some sum-optimal routes, well planned courses.
Foot seemed okay though- may just be running in trainer in the mud.

Managed to fit in Granchester and back between lectures. Bottom of right foot feeling a bit twingy, will tape it over the weekend and probably take Monday off running.

Standard circuit, probably should change it up a bit but hopefully won't have to do it much in Cambridge if I actually manage to sign up for Monday S&C.

To West Cambridge, about 8km of orienteering exercises and then part of the way back.
Need to be pushing the pace a bit more on these exercises probably to make them useful, but fun anyway.

4x3x400m on grass [1:00-1:15], 2 minutes between sets.
Running with Ellie and Rebecca, nice to have someone to work off.

Busy day and didn't get round to running until the evening, v slow through Granchester meadows.

CUHH Long run.
Haslingfield with 4 of the other girls, reasonable pace. I got a bit of a stitch just after we turned round which fortunately went away pretty quickly. Maybe a bit shorter than I'd like to be doing but a good start.

RAF Match. Definitely not enough fast running in my legs, still feeling strong at the end. Lots of races coming up though so hopefully will get there.

Absolutely did not deserve a medal. Navigation was atrocious, even when I knew I should be using my compass I wasn't. Nice to see Alice and Cecilie though :)
