Knee felt quite stiff at the end of circuits but then seemed fine on the run back.

Started steady and then pushed the pace on a bit on the second lap, super long sprint finish with a girl from Oxford which I just lost on the line which was annoying.

Longer reps were tough, felt like I was only using half my lungs to breathe, but more into the swing of it on the shorter reps. Felt good on the cool down, beginning to get back in to it.

Fairly terrible navigation, not flowing through the controls at all and no planning ahead, and really not running very well, feeling quite tired and could feel right knee towards the end.

Weights are gradually going up so seeing progress which is nice. More tired during session this week but felt good afterwards.

Sunday Nov 11, 2018 #

Knee feeling okay this morning after yesterday, was thinking about running but decided against it in the end, probably going to try the session on Tuesday.
Out to St Ives along the busway, then across to Bourn and back through Madingley. Feeling a bit tired, got to about 70 minutes and hit a slow patch going into the wind but managed to revive a bit at the end.

Met League.
Was v nervous about how this would go having not run fast for ages. Went off super fast and felt really tired in the middle but kept up an okay speed in the final third and had a decent finish. Faster than last year and the course was apparently longer, just feeling very unfit at the minute.

Quite a lot of standing around as the people at the back of the lane were quite slow. Felt pretty tired by the end though.

Resistance session so swimming with tshirts on, didn’t feel too bad at first but was definitely tired by the end. Had to swim in the fast lane today which was actually okay as it meant I was never drafting.
