The run that had to happen.

Especially after yesterday, the Sunday long run is one that cant me missed, but then

1. I was sore after yesterday 12k CC in mud and wet conditions
2. Another late night watching Cadel get the win
3. Not the most pleasant of conditions, mizzle and no sun

Looked around for a training partner, Bryan responded, but was going at 2pm, and I need to eat lunch, so of he headed, and I set of in the other direction after having a quick eat.

But like all things that aren't to happen, we missed each other out there, so both had to run solo

Didn't go to badly, happy to get it out of the rode
