RUN 50:08 intensity: (2:32 @0) + (39 @1) + (4:42 @2) + (35:34 @3) + (6:41 @4) 10.25 km (4:53 / km)
ahr:128 max:142 shoes: Nike Terrain

Thought about running the 1/2 at Eaglehawk, but when the alarm went of at 5.30 for breakfast, didn't feel that crash hot, back was feeling not so good, so decided I wouldn't.

Ran out to the 1/2 to see the finish, thought I would run there and home, but had had enough once I got there, so got a lift home. Back very ordinary.

ROAD BIKE 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: Nike Bike shoes #1

Didn't want to end up with a total wasted weekend, so convinced my Sister to go for a ride. Up Burns St pass the scene of the earlier in the week fatal accident, lost control on a bend, and plowed into the terrain.

Out to Kangaroo Gully Rd, then back to the Flat, out to Furness St, Crusoe Rd, then Olympic Pde to Maiden Gully Rd, then into town via Kronk St and Mackenzie St West, under the railway at Laurel St, and then Thistle to Houston and back home.

Back is sore, but its in the muscle, so should fix up OK, must have tweaked it yesterday

ORIENTEERING ◪ race 42:00 [3] 7.0 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: INOV-8 Roclite 285-1

Was feeling pretty ordinary today, dont know if it was the heat, but whatever it was, was getting the better of me.

Ran the local event at OTH, Keely got me by 4? mins, and Toph 3? so was reasonably happy with that. Helped bring in the control and pack up.

Didn't got to Kooyoora as planned, may make it in the morning, but I doubt it

1st control I got to, I couldn't get to cos of Drainage works, had to run around the block, to come in from the other side. Missed the next control cos I didn't open up my map, good thing I wasn't trying to get the lot. Missed another control cos of the map fold again, not having a good night ;-(

Slowed it down after 30min, and took the last bit easier. Thank Bryan/Laurina for the courses
