Run with Rob around Weston Park and Yarralumla. Rob is either super fit, or doesn't like company on his runs as I was allways out the back. Nice place for a early morning run

Was at the OA conference all day, so in the afternoon ran to the top of Black Mt, 17 up and 13 down, nice hill.
