RUN 55:00 [3]

Early morning run with the lads, but none of them turned up, so I did it on my own, kept it shorter, as it was lonely out there )-;

MTB 1:00:00 [3]

Tempreture got up to 40, then it dropped down to 36, it felt so much cooler, so I contacted Keely, pulled him out of his airconditioned lounge room, and went for a ride around the res. Rode on Murrays Track Mark2, still could not do the crux climb maybe next time. Got rained on, well at these 10 drops. Should have been in Walpeup, they got 20mm

ROAD BIKE 1:20:00 [3]

Wanted to ride in the morning before it got to hot. As L-Train "needed" his beauty sleep, I went with Toph. Out around the Goose-Neck and home along Tannery Lane, smoke from the fires in the NE had dropped visability down to 1 1/2 k. Can I trade myself for Carbon Credits? Must have consumed a bit today

Note

Met some drongo on Tannery Lane, who swore at us and told us to ride in single file, when are they going to read there Vic Roads rule book.
I dont like stereo typing, but it was a woman in a Toorak Tractor (4 wheel drive) Gave her the bird

MTB 20:00 [3]

Went down to the Tom Flood sports field to watch Shamus run a 1600, he ran a good race. 5k there and back, got down there in a average speed of 35kph, not bad seeing I had to through the middle of Bendigo.

ORIENTEERING ◪ 50:00 [3]

Put out tapes with Morty, for Leon, Bryan, Rob, Toph and my sister at Mt Korong, on the Mens Elite course from Aus Middle Distance Champs, started out slowly, as Morty put on the pressure, he tired out like lots of young guys do, Morty and I managed to keep away from everyone chasing us.

Lovely area, will defently be going back training.

ORIENTEERING ◪ 20:00 [3]

Put out tapes for the same mob, this time with the help of Rob, he was navigating well, biggest mistake was when we disagreed on which boulder to put the tape on. Turns out Rob had miss marked his map. So we put a tape on both boulders, in case it was me who had marked my map wrong.
Once again, very nice area, even if it got a tad hot.
