ORIENTEERING ◪ race (Macedon Du-O) 26:42 [4]
shoes: Teva #2

1st leg, I went anti clockwise, as did Dodd, Lebbink, Marksworth and many more, got up to Dodd on a route choice, and we pushed each other home, Fatrat running the other direction was in the Transition area at the same time

MTB race (Macedon Du-O) 56:33 [4]
shoes: Teva #2

Dodd, then Fatrat got the jump on me, so I decided to ride in my runners. Ben crashed out on the way to the 1st when his seat post broke, Ouch!!
Got up with Dodd at 5, so did Lebbink, Held them at bay, then Lebbink jumped the gap, and we pushed on a bit harder. Dropped Lebbink when he felt I went the wrong way going to the last, but I hadn't, he will learn.

ORIENTEERING ◪ race (Macedon Du-O) 16:05 [4]
shoes: Teva #2

Got a extra break out of the transition, thanks to not having to change shoes, and held on to win, Lebbink 2nd, Dodd 3rd, Cusworth 4th and Sweppes 5th
