Note

I hate it when I have the flu

You get cold with the heater on, you get hot when you are outdoors.

Got this Flu from Troy, "not nice troy" Started to come down with it on Wed night, but had to drive to Geelong, Melbourne on Thursday, and no rest Friday as I carted gravel for my Brother, felt stacks better Sat, even went for a ride, short as it was, but today, IT WAS BACK, what a waste of a day, well not really, went to Wangaratta to check out terrain for the 2009 Oz Champs Carnival

MTB 30:00 [2] 9.0 km (3:20 / km)

15 k road race today, and as I was not running, I road my bike instead. Was meant to be 15k (1hr) but when Troy pulled out at the 9k mark, he took my bike for a warm down.

I had to get a lift back to the finish with Lou

ROAD BIKE 1:00:00 [3]

Got out for a ride just before lunch, thought it would be a bit warmer so wore shorts and 2 tops, but still got cold. Thought about doing the GooseNeck, but did the Juve instead, felt quite good for a start, but was gone for all money before I got home. Hasn't been a good week

RUN 1:00:00 [3] 9.5 km (6:19 / km)

Was meant to be a long run. Started out with Paul and Johnny but piked it after 25 mins and took a easier, slower way home. I should have stayed home, I knew it was going to be hard after the CC yesterday, and that I watch Cadel until 2 in the morning

ORIENTEERING ◪ race (Lyell Forest) 35:18 [4] 6.2 km (5:42 / km)

Went for a early start, not to hard, but I felt slow, Toph 29.05, and Big Ev 30.00 got me easy, but my excuse is that the O event was the warm up for the Cross Country later in the day.

6.8 Km on the GPS

ATHLETICS race (Livestock Exchange) 34:07 [4] 8.0 km (4:16 / km)

Went to the Cross Country shortly after the O event, didn't feel like doing 8 k, but then I badly needed to do something if I was going to get some training done. Felt that heavy, but slugged it through. Dont know how I am going to feel tomorrow, may just stay at home

ROAD BIKE 40:00 [3]

Was meant to do the Gooseneck, but once I got going, I knew that was a dream, so decided it could be the juvinile, but I soon knew that was going to be to hard, so in the end I did 40 mins, but I needed to have another gear or 2 under the Granny gear i have, SO SLOW

ORIENTEERING ◪ (Oz Relay) 53:07 [5]

Went out after Vic 1 (Troy) and Vic 3 (Runo), saw both of them early when they were above there control, went through the 1st Spectator to be told TDH had run of the map, so keep it together, 2nd time through spectator, was told that TDH had missed punched and I had to run down Jase (Cokatoos) to keep our lead in the NOL, saw Jase at the 4th last, got in front at the 3rd last, Jase went to go straight, and I thought all I need to do is run with him and beat him in, but I stuck to my route choice, and got the last 2 controls before the cockatoos

VIC has there 2nd win in the NOL
