Feeling good and having no problems. After the two trainings yesterday the 1:48h today were definitly enough.
Today we ran a course on the map but stayed allways on the paths.

Worst training for a long time. The two other guys who were training with me were even worse and I really don't no, why we were all such bad.
But besides, it is quite nice to be able to run a second training.

Night-OL with different kinds of technic trainings. Although I have quite heavy soreness from yesterday, I felt pretty good and had a good training. In the end I got a little bit tired in my head and it was hard to stay focused.
At the very last downhill I hurted my right knee unnecessarily and have still pain. I think it is nothing serious but a little bit stressed and hopefully good in a few days.
