Still a little bit tired from yesterday so i decided to run not the hole 17km with the others. Had a strange feeling at my left achilles, but not pain. But i don't have to risk anything

Nice Longrun together with Simon Schuster as a team for the Uddevallatrofén Patrull competition. Used the competition as a nice training because running this long course with full speed would be not the best idea in this part of the year.

(rest day)

After a terrible night and again headache today i need another rest day. After the race yesterday i ate something which wasn't so good for my stomach. Maybe because of the weakness of my body (due to the sickness), the hard race and the wrong food i ate yesterday evening, i felt really bad and wasn't able to do anything. I never felt so bad and even i was sleeping 11 hours (not really good sleep, but at least i slept), i'm really tired today. Fortunately, I have all my exams done and i can just rest today.

Between 2pm and 6pm i had an exam but if i wanted run my first night cup i already had to leave the exam at 5pm. After finishing the exam i was finally able to run the Nattcup and it was really nice. We started together in small groups of 3 or 4 people and 90 sec time distance between the groups. I was quite alone until i catched 2 runners at controll 6. But at controll 8 i already lost them because of a forked controll. From controll 9 to 11 i ran together with Simon Imark and was quite impressed how easy he was running through this tough grassy terrain.
In total i did a quite stabel race with only small mistakes. I allways realiced it quite fast when i was making mistakes and so i could finish my first night race here in Gothenburg in fourth place.

Not my best day. After half of the training i got a big headache and wasn't able anymore to focus. I was running together with a friend so i was just following in the second half. The plan was to do a nice long and slow o-training but it was definitly better to do not the hole course. There will come other days.

Still a little bit sick. After a hard day at university just happy to had that wonderful training with 4 nice guys in the night of Gothenburg. We ran together the full korridor and i was trying to do as much as possible theorienteering work to have the highest possible learning effect. Sometimes the others influenced me positiv but in the same time they had also a negativ influence on me. It was not only a good night training, it became also a great relay training and was super much fun running together. My night orienteering skills are getting better and better and hopefully my health too.
