Getting better but today no training. Rainy day, still a little bit sick. Hopefully soon healthy so i can finally start with my wintertraining.

Still sick, but it is not that bad and I don't want to be determined by my sicknesses all the time. I tried to rest as soon as possible and i got sick though. So now i try continuing training, but with low intensity. I will see if it is a mistake.
Nice autumn weather. Really warm, 13°C, and a little bit sun. Quiet nice!
