Worst race this year. Unbeleavable bad orienteering, pain in both legs -> didn't finish the race.
First, I thought the topic would be "longa natten" and we have no forked controls, but of course it was forked. I followed the guys and checked the route barely. Punching the wrong control I realised that it was not my number and I was really confused because what I checked on the route would fit perfectly to my control aswell. Since I was starting in the last group I was already at the first control completly alone. Bad routechoice to the second control and another mistake didn't make it better. Then I tried to restart the race, but at the third control I didn't found the control again just a small reflector lying on the floor. My selfconfidence was gone and I didn't read the instructions where it was written that at some controlls only reflectors will be. So I started to search for nearly 10 minutes and after the third time coming to the same place I went home. The routes with a few controls I took on my way home were also quite bad. At least I hit my legs two times against stones so I have still pain which reminds my to this beautiful race. Nice!

Today we ran a course on the map but stayed allways on the paths.

Night-OL with different kinds of technic trainings. Although I have quite heavy soreness from yesterday, I felt pretty good and had a good training. In the end I got a little bit tired in my head and it was hard to stay focused.
At the very last downhill I hurted my right knee unnecessarily and have still pain. I think it is nothing serious but a little bit stressed and hopefully good in a few days.

Nice Longdistans training on a beautiful map. Wet and cold, but still super nice. No pain in my heel what is actually really nice, but I was still a little bit carefully and did not the full course. At some points I had problems with my compass as clearly seen on the map.

Atfter the last weekend and this week I felt that my achilles and my left calf where a little bit stressed. It was not that bad but in the last trainings and also today my left heel (at the beginning of the achilles tendon) hurted a little bit. That is the reason why I will take a small running break (maybe 3 or 4 days). Hopefully is everything good again after that.

My first Grusåttan test with the club and i'm happy to managed it in an acceptable time. My legs were a little bit heavy from yesterday and the cold air (0°C) was not that nice in my lung but i'm feeling good and had no problems.

Nice Longrun together with Simon Schuster as a team for the Uddevallatrofén Patrull competition. Used the competition as a nice training because running this long course with full speed would be not the best idea in this part of the year.

After a terrible night and again headache today i need another rest day. After the race yesterday i ate something which wasn't so good for my stomach. Maybe because of the weakness of my body (due to the sickness), the hard race and the wrong food i ate yesterday evening, i felt really bad and wasn't able to do anything. I never felt so bad and even i was sleeping 11 hours (not really good sleep, but at least i slept), i'm really tired today. Fortunately, I have all my exams done and i can just rest today.
