Jogged to make it on time to doctors for a morning blood test, 5x1 min with short walk between.
Super frustrating to have to then wait 50 minutes despite them having a new appointments system which I thought was supposed to lessen wait times. Such a waste of precious baby-free time!!!

Morning yoga - couldn’t go back to sleep so got up before the babies and it was amazing!!

Very low intensity morning walk - ended up pushing the double pram and carrying Silvan and a lady asked if I had triplets!

Richmond station to South Yarra a round-about way via MCG, Tennis Centre, Birrarung Marr, Botanic Gardens picnic. Lovely day out!!

Put the pram under some low hanging oak branches in the Garden which kept the babies well entertained while i stretched! Will have to try this more often..

It’s hard work fitting this in to the day but managed today. Floor exercises with the babies on the matt, squats etc with the carrier.
