Hiked up Mount Macedon from the station and then back down.

Beach run after work with Clara - nice to have company because I certainly wouldn’t have gone on my own. Quads still really sore from the hike and running felt heavy, but did me good :)
Dip in the sea afterwards.

Cathedral ranges. Early morning hike from our camp site along the ridge to the Sugarloaf and back - beautiful! Then back down to the car park.
Saw 3 snakes all extremely close, two I was literally one step away from! Also lots of lyrebirds, including one which was doing an incredible concert of sounds, including cockatoo, kookaburra, currawong and all sorts - we tracked him down and saw the end of a beautiful tail dance display! Felt very lucky :)
