Very blocked head and in the arvo my body felt tired, but no fever or anything and sore throat gone.
Had another hour long arvo nap..

Morning middle model. The start was at a beautiful Latvian country house with incredible an incredible garden! The forest impressed me less.. very green and a lot more flat areas than the other trainings.
Did a bit more than I had planned bacause I wasn't very good with compass an kept on trying to do it better.
Physically felt quite good, probably because there were no hills...

Very sore throat and blocked head, had an arvo nap and skipped going into town for the sprint fina so I could rest.

wEnt out to the middle test race area and ran most of the womens 1 course and checking things out. Mostly taking it easier but some approaches to controls going more like race pace.

Evening yoga in the forest. Nice. Somehow the smell of the forest reminded me of Australia, must be the dryness. Quite a lot of wilted shrubs.

Walk and a leg stretching jog.
Suddenly got a sore throat in the evening :(

3x O intervals with boys chasing 2&3mins behind. Good to go a bit harder but felt a bit dead on the hills because of the heat.
Need to be flexible with routes depending on runnability, and be diciplined with direction on slopes.
Almost poked out my eyes a few times..

Berlin to Riga for WOC!! First time I've flown in exactly a year.. I made it despite many temptations to fly to various orienteering events!
Probably should have gone for a run today but am waiting till I can get in the forest tomorrow. Evening stroll and stretches. Back feeling rather stiff. Have been neglecting my body a Bit.
