Hike 2h with Tobias.
I have pretty much totally lost my voice, but body feels ok.
My left Achilles which felt a bit sore at some point yesterday was sore in the second hour, esp in the snow. Wore hiking boots yesterday, always seem to give me issues cos they're so inflexible..

6 hour snowshoe hike with Jas!!
Niederurnen --> Vordertal, quite deep fresh snow for a large part, and spring like weather. Body feeling ok, very sore throat and almost no voice.

aaagh whenever I get sick then I do it properly.. stayed home with fever and aches and feebleness. small walk to the shop felt like an epic.

Got up early and drove up to Einsiedeln for a ski (classic) before work!
Glorious to be above the fog in the winter landscape for sunrise, kind of surreal to go back to a normal working day after this!

Woke up with a very slightly sore throat which progressed by evening to the aching and feeble kind of sick :( bummed cos I had lots of training planned this week, but as long as I am better for POM next week..
