ASVZ 'Power' group. Dauerlauf with 10x1min flat out, 2min jog rec. Felt a bit average, pushing hard didn't feel great.
Take it easy tomorrow. Still feeling a bit sneezy.

(rest day)

Have had a sore throat the last few days, bit worse this morning so a rest day. No mental rest though, I am going to be SOOOO over the moon when I am finished with this exam and on my way to Scotland.
Pm blood test and a vit B12 jab in the bum. Fainted, apparently a psychological response to the needle!

Terrain running in Löliwald. Found a beautiful area of knee to waist high blackberries and bracken which I ran around in for a bit, yay! Actually I think this was useful because I felt like I improved my uphill through shit technique. Its all about leg lifting and channeling the inner gazelle.

Eichholz, quick little Finnenbahn interval set, then plyometrics in the forest.
1:56, 1:56, 1:56, 1:54, 1:54 (1min rec).
I love this interval loop :) Track rather slippery today though.
Pushed super hard on the first one, so I was surprised that I managed keep up/improve the pace . Pushing hard felt good but was rather buggered during my recovery minutes. Laps a few seconds faster on average than in April.
