In Savognin on possibly the nicest O map I have been on in Switzerland (beautiful alpine forest, contour detail), but just didn't feel like orienteering at all and just sort of wombled about in the forest. Totally hopeless.
Picked about a kilo of wild strawberries afterwards though!!

Didn't feel as strong pushing these today as previous Interval sessions. Not sure if it was the heat, or unhappy stomach, or because I was comparing to a couple of faster girls, or einfach so. At least feeling injury free.

Tired today, lacking sleep over the last two weeks with the heat and various distractions.
My brain needs more sleep to study.. And I need to get back into stretching and foam rolling routine.
