orienteering 1:06:00 intensity: (15:00 @1) + (20:00 @2) + (25:00 @3) + (6:00 @4)

Model event in spain. Did quite a lot but mostly easy pace. Fun/tricky area, I am looking forward to tomorrow, although hard to read some of the intense contour detail at 1:15000! Compass & concentration!
Knee was sore bending going down stairs and even walking, but once in the terrain it was ok! Muscles supporting knee are a bit imbalanced and they switch on in the terrain. Have to strengthen, VMO and glutes etc.
It is SO dry and brown and stony here, 20 degrees has never felt so hot!

Running 10:00 [1]

jog before leaving for spain. Right knee has sharp pain on bending with weight, bit worrying..Not with every step but wothe some movements and staps. Running was ok if I was very careful to run with good form and didn't go for an evening run in spain as planned because it was sore walking. Only cause I can think of is some squats yesterday or sprinting for the train yesterday..
