13mins warm up, with run throughs etc, feeling a bit flat.
Warm down with Franziska, discovered I had mispunched when we ran past the culprit controls.

Sprint in Olten. Physically struggled to push and was very cautious with the slipery ground/shoes (red xtalons great on wet grass but not on wet cobbles, flatter shoes better?), not agressive enough and not feeling like I was really racing :( Mental processes were better, was more conscious of my route choice decisions. Unfortunately a little too focussed on decing the route to the last control and failed to notice that I had punched the wrong control. It was very mean as they were 13meters apart and both on the same fence. I had read the number on my descriptions but just saw that it was 6 something and was already thinking ahead, but no excuses.. First mispunch in about 10years as far as I can remember! Had some good company in the mispunch list though including Simone who would have been fastest.

Long O race with the Swiss. Just a few very small mistakes (not hitting point features right on), pretty happy with route choices. But physically felt really feeble, I was pushing but it felt so laboured. Serious lack of iron, really noticable at high intensity. Just a few more days till infusion, then hopefully will feel super! My training hasn't been that bad so I definately deserve to feel better.

Run in Löliwald with the galgenen juniors before an exciting 4hours in the water park (water slides, river pool, wave pool, hot pools).
Felt extremely tired and and laboured running. The iron infusion next monday couldn't come soon enough!

3x short town sprints in Horgen. Pushed and concentrated well, HR didn't get that high though.
