Up Buechberg way with some hill intervals (3, 3, 1.5, 3.5 mins with 1min rec). At the top I hit the wall/low blood suger so had an easy 10mins back down, then finished with 5x1min on the flat.

Easy morning run to Galgenen to fetch my bike. Sore spots everywhere from falling over so many times yesterday..
